The New Kindle

This is the time of year when we all sit back and think about all the things we are grateful for in the past year. I try though among all the many to do lists in my life find something I'm grateful for everyday. I'am grateful for my health, a healthy family, living life my way, getting through any trails and tribulations I've gone through and being alive. I love to read great quotes of inspiration and find that it helps to keep me centered on what's going right in my own life. Relationships

I learned that relationships are hard. I mean it really is hard to get along with another human being. You have to get to know their likes and dislikes. If they are in a good or bad mood. We also can make relationships harder than they need to be. So one thing I know is that if you can not accept the person your with for who they are then you should not be with them. If you don't leave you will find yourself changing or molding your mate into who you feel they should be. This only makes your mate resentful of you and the relationship will not last long at all. Unless of course you like the drama in your life. So please always accept your mate for who they are and everything else will be smooth sailing. Remember we are not all alike that's what make each individual unique. Think about it wouldn't life be so boring if we were all alike? Then how would we learn and grow from each other? Isn't that the point of life?

Still cleaning

I haven't blogged in a while I was still doing my spring cleaning until the kids came out of school for spring break and I sort of stopped!  I was so busy entertaining them. I just have one more room to get the junk out and then I will be finished then on to the next project whatever that is lol. It's such a beautiful day today. Well until next time. Take care.

Doing a little spring cleaning

Today is raining and a little cooler than it has been. The past couple of days it was 70 degrees. I did some cleaning in my kitchen. I got some clutter out of there and I put up new curtains and table cloth, etc Etcetera: Creating Beautiful Interiors with the Things You Love. I will take time out to do each room. I'am a hoarder and I keep things that I don't need anymore. So I feel really good that I was able to clear out my kitchen. It feels good! I still have a little more to clear and I'll be finished. I plan to just rearrange and clear out my whole house. This is part of my change in life. What is yours?

Past changes

I started a change about 4 years ago when I had to leave my abusive husband with 4 children in tow. I'am very happy now. As a single parent it is very hard to take care of 4 children on low income my husband was the bread winner. I have to say that I did the best thing and I have made it through. I give thanks to GOD for the strength, knowledge and the guts to move forward!
I now need another change so I'm working on that. I think we need to challenge ourselves every so often to keep from getting bored with life. We have to grow. What is it you have always wanted to do with your life? Just do it. Don't wait for time waits for no one. Stop making excuses find a way to do it. Your are not too old it's not too late. This is your time to shine!.

This is my first blog ever in my life! I want to share with you about a new adventure I'am on. I have started my own business. I desire to control the amount of money I make so I'am giving it a try.
